Celebrating the 35th Anniversary of Lao PDR National Day

On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the National Day of the Lao PDR (December 2, 1975 - December 2, 2010), the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a friendly meeting with Lao students studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the University of Natural Sciences.On behalf of the school's leaders, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son - Vice Principal - congratulated Lao students and postgraduates studying in Vietnam. The Vice Principal emphasized: the Vietnam - Laos relationship has a long tradition that has been and continues to be nurtured and promoted through many generations. Lao students and trainees studying in Vietnam will be one of the solid bridges to build the relationship between the two countries to become increasingly stronger and more intimate. Currently, there are nearly 20 Lao students studying and researching at the school, mainly in 2 faculties: Archival Studies and Office Management, Linguistics, Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language... At the meeting, the school's leaders, faculties, and functional departments also discussed and resolved some difficult issues in order to create the most favorable conditions for studying and living for Lao students and trainees.
