Seminar on promoting Vietnam's intellectual resources

On November 30th, the scientific seminar "Promoting Vietnam's Intellectual Resources to Serve the Cause of National Development in the 21st Century" was held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
On November 30th, the scientific seminar "Promoting Vietnam's Intellectual Resources to Serve the Cause of National Development in the 21st Century" was held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.The seminar was attended by former high-ranking leaders of the Party and State: Professor Dang Huu, Professor Pham Minh Hac, Professor Duong Phu Hiep, Associate Professor Pham Xuan Hang, and many other reputable scientists. Representing the University leadership were Professor Nguyen Van Khanh - Rector, and Associate Professor Vu Duc Nghieu – Vice Rector. The seminar focused on five main topics: - The concept, structure, and characteristics of Vietnamese intelligence and intellectual resources. - The role of intellectual resources in development; the Party and State's views and policies on building and developing Vietnamese intellectual resources throughout history. - Views and solutions for developing Vietnamese intellectual resources throughout history. - Experiences in training, nurturing, and developing intellectual resources in some countries around the world. - Directions and solutions for developing Vietnamese intellectual resources in the cause of national development. The scientific research project KX.03.22/06 – 10: “Building and developing Vietnam's intellectual resources to serve the cause of national rejuvenation in the 21st century” is part of the State-level science and technology program KX. 03/06 – 10: “Building human resources and developing Vietnamese culture in the process of innovation and international integration,” chaired by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh. This scientific seminar aims to widely gather opinions from scientists on issues of theoretical and practical significance, contributing to improving the research quality of project KX.03.22/06 – 10, and providing additional scientific arguments for the University's development strategy.
