Tuition fees and scholarships are always hot issues.
Regarding policy issues, tuition fees and scholarships are always one of the hot issues, attracting much attention from students. Many students asked about policies and procedures related to tuition fee exemptions. Mr. Pham Quang Vu - Deputy Head of the Department of Politics and Student Affairs - directly answered students' questions about new regulations on tuition fee exemptions based on Decree 49 issued by the Government for each specific case such as: students who are children of people with revolutionary contributions, orphaned students, ethnic minority students, etc. Besides tuition fees, scholarships are also one of the major concerns of students. Most students expressed their desire that information and payment activities on scholarship policies for students will be implemented more quickly.Practical ideas for administrative work
Many students asked questions about the facilities and equipment in the lecture halls such as: suggesting that English classrooms should have more fans, expanding the classroom area, the canteen area... Some opinions were concerned about the slow wireless Internet. And there were also creative recommendations, closely related to the actual needs of students: hoping that the School would contact the authorities to build an overpass across Nguyen Trai Street for convenience and safety for students to cross. In addition to questions about training, facilities, and policies, some student opinions focused on the information center - library through issues such as: borrowing textbooks, reference materials, photocopying documents, renewing library cards, etc. Some other questions mentioned about paying tuition fees, support funds for students to do internships, health insurance, dormitories, criteria for joining the Party, participating in mass organizations, etc. All issues that students were interested in and had questions about were discussed and promptly answered by the school leaders and representatives of the functional departments. At the dialogue, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh - School Principal - emphasized: The school acknowledges and accepts the contributions, exchanges and is ready to answer the concerns and questions of students in order to create the most favorable conditions and learning environment for students.
