This morning, December 3, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a scholarship awarding ceremony for “Golf Award for Students Overcoming Difficulty and Studying Well – 2010” – a scholarship program jointly implemented by the Vietnam Education Promotion Fund and Investment Newspaper.
This morning, December 3, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a scholarship awarding ceremony for “Golf Award for Students Overcoming Difficulty and Studying Well – 2010” – a scholarship program jointly implemented by the Vietnam Education Promotion Fund and Investment Newspaper.16 scholarships were awarded to 16 students who overcame difficulties to achieve many achievements in studying and training. Each scholarship is worth 1,500,000 VND. Attending and awarding the scholarships were Journalist Pham Huy Hoan (Editor-in-Chief of Dan Tri electronic newspaper, Director of Vietnam Scholarship Fund), Journalist Dong Xuan Hoa (Head of the Special Topics Department of Dau Tu Newspaper). Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu - Head of the Department of Politics and Student Affairs on behalf of the School's leadership thanked the Vietnam Scholarship Fund and Dau Tu Newspaper for awarding scholarships to the School's students - a great reward with special meaning to encourage students to continue to strive, study and train. Journalist Pham Huy Hoan congratulated and encouraged the students who received the scholarships to continue to overcome difficulties to study and achieve many good achievements in the following years. Journalist Pham Huy Hoan said: The scholarship “Golf Award for Students Overcoming Difficulty to Study Well” has been established for 5 years and has awarded over 4,000 scholarships to students who have overcome difficulties to study well. This is the first year that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has been selected by the Fund to award scholarships to students who have overcome difficulties to study well and achieve good results.
