During the meeting, both sides discussed opportunities for future cooperation between the two universities. Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh emphasized that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has a long-standing and positive cooperative relationship with many universities and research institutes in Japan. The University always focuses on expanding and developing cooperation with Japanese universities. It is hoped that in the near future, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Saitama University will officially establish a cooperative relationship in areas such as faculty and student exchange, and research materials.

Professor Inoue Tomokatsu affirmed that Saitama University will create the most favorable conditions and environment for Vietnamese lecturers and students to study and conduct research. At the same time, Saitama University will support and introduce scholarship opportunities so that students can have the chance to study at the university.

Saitama University is a Japanese national university located in the suburbs of Sakura-ku, Saitama City, the capital of Saitama Prefecture in Tokyo. The university has faculties of Science and Culture, Education, Economics, and Engineering. All departments offer master's and doctoral programs. Each year, the university has over 500 international students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs.
