First time as a "village teacher"

After implementing the teaching plan in the villages, the volunteer student team of the Faculty of Literature has been teaching teenagers in Hien Ninh commune (Soc Son - Hanoi) since July 20, 2011.The whole team was divided into 3 teaching groups in 3 clusters: Hien Luong - Nam Khuong - Khu Cho; Ninh Mon - Tan Trung Chua; Yen Ninh - Tan Thai. The volunteer team's classes were held at the village cultural houses, mainly teaching 3 subjects: English, Math and Literature for students from grades 6 to 9. Although it had just started operating, the number of students coming was increasing. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Nga (Literature K55) said that the number of 8th grade students in Yen Ninh village as of July 21 was 21. Due to the large number of students, the volunteer team had to work continuously. In Yen Ninh - Tan Thai cluster, led by Nguyen Thi Thu Trang (Literature Pedagogy K53), the volunteers had to "run" 2 shifts in one morning. Being a "village teacher" for the first time was very confusing and difficult, but the general feeling of the whole team was "tired but happy".
