She shared her happiness at working at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – a place with friendly and cheerful colleagues and a scientific and humane working environment. Because her work involves frequent interaction with students, she has been "infected" by their dynamism, cheerfulness, and enthusiasm. Most importantly, she receives support to continuously improve herself. Her sincere colleagues always offer timely feedback and encouragement in her work and are always there to share many things in life. These are the wonderful things that make her happy every morning when she comes to school.
Dr. Pham Huy Cuong shared his happiness in his work from a different perspective: it's the opportunity to learn and develop knowledge through numerous academic activities, of which the Lunchbox Club for English is a prime example. Working with lecturers and experts at the university has also helped him learn a great deal about professional knowledge as well as a different perspective on life.

German students also shared their excitement about studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. They were impressed by the friendliness and approachability of the Vietnamese people, as well as the enthusiastic support of the teachers at the university.

The Lunchbox Club for English continues to be a valuable platform for faculty and staff passionate about English who want an environment to practice their language skills, aiming to master and use this international language proficiently in their studies and research. The participation of many international students and faculty members in each session also enriches and energizes discussions with diverse perspectives from different cultures. The topics of each session are diverse and closely related to issues concerning the university, the lives of staff and students, and current social issues such as: improving service culture in the university, enhancing the effectiveness of the Youth Union, how to become a good staff member, experiences in learning English, an introduction to the specifics of work at the university, a survey on the effectiveness of students' use of self-study rooms, discussions on abbreviations in youth chat language, comparative studies in linguistics, etc. In addition, new research works by young staff members are also introduced and discussed at the Lunchbox Club for English, making the content of each session unique and of high academic quality.
