At the beginning of the conference, comrade Tran Duc Hoa summarized the achievements in the fields of activities of the Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities during the first half of the 2016 - 2018 term. The discussion of the Conference witnessed enthusiastic and enthusiastic opinions of delegates on practical issues, including issues related to information communication and the connection between the Executive Board of the School's Student Union and the Student Union branches, the content of activities is far from the needs of students, many activities are still heavily traditional, there is no innovation suitable to the interests of students, the support of the Association in terms of facilities and equipment for student activities is limited, etc. Comrade Tran Duc Hoa, on behalf of the School's Student Union, received the opinions and contributions of delegates attending the Conference.

In the part of the Personnel Consultation of the Executive Committee of the Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the second half of the 2016 - 2018 term, the delegates attending the Conference showed high consensus in allowing the members of the Executive Committee of the Student Association in the first half of the 2016 - 2018 term to withdraw and introduce new members to join the Executive Committee of the Student Association of the University in the second half of the 2016 - 2018 term. In total, there were 16 new members joining the Executive Committee of the Student Association of the University in the second half of the 2016 - 2018 term, including 4 new members appointed to the Secretariat of the Student Association of the University.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Hua Thanh Hoa praised the careful logistical preparation of the Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities during the organization of the Mid-term Personnel Reorganization Conference. He emphasized that the members of the Executive Committee of the Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities need to promote their role as a bridge, conveying the plans and instructions of the Student Association to students at their organizational level, and at the same time, synthesizing the students' contributions to higher management levels. He also suggested that students need to be proactive and creative in developing ideas and action plans for the organization and the Association, promoting the youth, the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility of students, avoiding passivity in the organization. He suggested that the Student Association of the University need to pay attention to inheritance and continuity when nominating and appointing personnel for the Executive Committee of each term.
