Hundreds of students and parents were directly consulted about the university training program of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Admissions and Career Counseling Day on March 13, 2011.This year's festival was held at Hanoi University of Science and Technology by the Ministry of Education and Training, Hanoi Department of Education and Training, Tuoi Tre Newspaper and Hanoi University of Science and Technology. At the booth of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, candidates and their families were given a handbook on 18 training majors as well as information about each faculty, admission block, information on scholarships, job opportunities... This information will help future candidates have a more complete, comprehensive and confident view before deciding to register for the University. As every year, the University's special training programs and systems always attract the attention of visitors. For example, the international standard training program in Linguistics, high-quality training programs in Management Science, History, Philosophy and Literature, or the French Clinical Psychology program... Students admitted to these training programs will receive high priority in terms of training costs, accommodation, study materials, scholarships and study abroad opportunities. In addition, with dual degree training programs, students of some majors will be able to register to study a second major at Hanoi National University. Participating in this year's festival, students can also learn about many issues related to enrollment such as: the latest information on enrollment in 2011, enrollment regulations, exam structure, exam schedule, things to note when taking the exam; enrollment quotas, benchmark scores... Or useful information about learning experiences at university and college levels; study loans; scholarship policies, tuition fees. This information will help students visualize the university environment more clearly, as well as make a reasonable decision before submitting their application. During this festival, in addition to being advised on choosing a career, students will also receive advice from doctors and psychologists on how to create concentration and confidence when studying and taking exams, and how to ensure health during the review season. In particular, Vice Principal Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Kim Son directly consulted and answered a series of specific questions about each training major as well as job opportunities after studying these majors.
