Who is the SIFE USSH Team?
SIFE stands for Students In Free Enterprise, meaning students in a free business environment. It is an international organization supporting students from over 1,500 universities in more than 40 countries worldwide. In its 35 years of operation, SIFE has grown to over 42,000 members. SIFE acts as a bridge between businesses and students, working to prepare future entrepreneurs and leaders to build a better world through business projects.
SIFE has been officially operating in Vietnam for two years. Currently, there are approximately 20 SIFE teams at universities such as the Foreign Trade University, the National Economics University, the University of Economics - Vietnam National University, the Banking University, etc. Each SIFE team, after its establishment, will implement business projects based on economic, community, and environmental sustainability criteria.Sife Ussh was established on January 11, 2011, with the agreement and support of the Student Union and Association, and with a team of enthusiastic and experienced advisors such as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa, MSc. To Quang Long, MSc. Nguyen Thu Thuy, MSc. Nguyen Quang Vinh, MSc. from the Faculty of Tourism,... The teachers always wholeheartedly support and place their trust in humanities students pursuing economics. Each Sife has the opportunity to develop and improve presentation skills, project building and management skills, independent and teamwork skills, communication and presentation skills in English,... in a professional environment with the participation of businesses, who are also future employers. Furthermore, a significant challenge stems from the very nature of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities: as a school specializing in social sciences, humanities students face certain disadvantages compared to students from economics, finance, and banking schools. However, this demonstrates that humanities students always know how to create advantages from these disadvantages by applying their diverse knowledge in areas such as tourism, psychology, management science, journalism and communication, sociology, international relations, and anthropology.
