The club is responsible for propagating and disseminating the Party and State's guidelines, policies, laws, military guidelines, national defense and national defense for all people, and the Army's policies and regimes on the publications of the People's Army Newspaper among students and the people; it is a gathering place for young people who love writing, are enthusiastic readers of the People's Army Newspaper, wish to contribute articles to the newspaper's publications, contribute ideas to build the People's Army Newspaper to increasingly improve the quality of content and form. In addition, the club will also organize for students to do internships and practice at the Newspaper, and invite the Newspaper's officers and reporters to talk to students about journalism.

The Club's Chairman is Comrade Luu Cong Luat - Secretary of the Youth Union of the Faculty of Literature. The Board of Directors will be responsible for maintaining the content, form and time of the club's activities, managing activities and being a bridge between students of the Faculty of Literature and the Newspaper.
This is the first People's Army Newspaper Reading and Building Club established at a university. The establishment of the Club is very meaningful in connecting young people who love journalism with one of the official and long-standing newspapers of the Army, helping them to improve their writing skills, thereby expanding career opportunities for students of the Faculty of Literature.
