On November 1, 2017, a meeting between Professor Pham Quang Minh (Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) and Mr. Duong Anh Son (Chairman of My Son Group Joint Stock Company) resulted in the agreement of several important points regarding cooperation in training and producing digital media content between the two entities. Accordingly, a "Startup Space" for students in social sciences and humanities in the field of digital media content will soon be established on the university campus.

Prof. Dr. Tran Viet Nghia (Head of the Cooperation and Development Department).

Two key keywords that Professor Pham Quang Minh and Mr. Duong Anh Son, along with other members of the working session, emphasized were entrepreneurship and acceleration.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is a center for training high-quality human resources in the field of social sciences and humanities. In particular, the Journalism and Communication ngành, with 27 years of development, has established a strong position and reputation with domestic and international partners. Furthermore, the student body across various disciplines is a high-quality workforce capable of leveraging their professional knowledge and creativity in research projects and social activities. The university has focused on promoting entrepreneurship in recent years. The field of digital content communication is a new area where all students from all disciplines can explore their potential. My Son Group Joint Stock Company has signed a cooperation agreement with LifeTV Joint Stock Company – a member of the Vietnam Internet Association – in the field of training and digital content entrepreneurship. These companies possess financial resources, production experience, and collaboration with Vietnamese media agencies and regional media corporations.

The university and My Son Group Joint Stock Company will collaborate on training in mobile journalism skills (MOJO). This is an area of activity that has previously been implemented at the Faculty of Journalism and Communication and the Center for Journalism and Communication Professional Training (University of Social Sciences and Humanities). With this cooperation, MOJO courses will take a new step forward with a larger scale and higher quality. In particular, My Son Group Joint Stock Company will invest in equipment and finances to build a "startup space" for digital content communication for all students at the university. This space will include a "techbox" production room where students can learn, experiment, and produce digital media products using professional equipment, primarily mobile devices.

The "startup space," designed in a "techbox" model, is where students can freely learn, experiment, and produce digital media products.

Furthermore, in order to leverage the capabilities of the modernly invested infrastructure at the Center for Journalism and Communication, and to utilize the intellectual resources of scientists, experts, and a large student body, the cooperation program will implement the production of high-quality media products in the spirit of "sprint up".

The "Startup Space" is expected to be launched on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20th. A detailed cooperation program between the school and My Son Group Joint Stock Company and related partners will be developed and implemented soon.
