On behalf of the University, Professor Pham Quang Minh expressed his gratitude to the Canadian Embassy in Vietnam for the idea of organizing this event. The Rector pledged that the University would do its utmost to ensure the success of the exchange. This activity is not only significant for Vietnam-Canada relations in general but also helps students, lecturers, and staff of the University to better understand and contribute to strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries. This is even more meaningful as the two countries are about to celebrate the 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations next year (August 1973-August 2018).
