Opportunity to study in the UK with Chevening Scholarship

Attending and discussing were Ms. Barbara Anono-Oceng (Head of Foreign Affairs, British Embassy in Hanoi), Mr. Tran Anh Duc (officer of British Embassy in Hanoi), Mr. Le Quoc Binh (former student participating in the Chevening scholarship program).

Chevening is the UK Government’s prestigious scholarship programme, offering full scholarships for master’s degrees in the UK. Chevening targets individuals with leadership potential across all sectors and from a range of organisations including government, non-profit organisations, universities, research institutes and the private sector.

At this presentation, the British Embassy provided students with an overview of the Chevening scholarship program, the application process and the experiences of those who have received this scholarship.

The students discussed and asked many interesting questions about how to highlight their scholarship application, how to write an essay, etc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh hopes that after this introduction session, the students will determine their goals and prepare the best conditions before applying for the British Embassy's Chevening scholarship program.
