Attending and participating in the discussion were Ms. Barbara Anono-Oceng (Head of External Political Affairs, British Embassy in Hanoi), Mr. Tran Anh Duc (staff member of the British Embassy in Hanoi), and Mr. Le Quoc Binh (former Chevening scholarship recipient).
Chevening is a prestigious scholarship program of the UK Government, providing full scholarships for Master's degrees in the UK. Chevening targets individuals with leadership potential across all sectors and from a wide range of organizations, including government, non-profits, universities, research institutes, and private businesses.
At this presentation, the British Embassy provided students with an overview of the Chevening Scholarship program, the application process, and the experiences of previous scholarship recipients.

The students exchanged ideas and asked many interesting questions about how to make their scholarship applications stand out, how to write essays, etc. Professor Pham Quang Minh hoped that after this presentation, the students would set goals for themselves and prepare themselves in the best way possible before applying for the Chevening Scholarship program of the British Embassy.
