At the beginning of the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh affirmed that the signing of this MOU will bring benefits to both sides. This is an effort to strengthen the connection between businesses and universities, something that the University needs to improve further. Through the relationship with Korean partners, the University's students have more opportunities to receive scholarships and find jobs, and to supplement the skills they lack when studying in the classroom. The President also hopes that Samsung Electronics Company will give the University suggestions in perfecting the Korean Studies bachelor's training program at the Faculty of Oriental Studies. This will contribute to the cooperation in training human resources between Vietnam and Korea in general.
