On July 11, the Youth Union - Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) together with the Youth Union Branches - Associations, Clubs/Groups under the Youth Union - Student Association of the University successfully organized the "Summer Volunteer Campaign Launch Ceremony, Summer Volunteer Training and Summary of Volunteer Activities Supporting the 2024 Exam Season".
Attending the ceremony were comrade Ta Thi Bich Ngoc - Secretary of the School Youth Union, comrade Duong Tat Thanh - Deputy Secretary, President of the School's Student Union, comrade Dao Tuan Anh - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the School Youth Union Inspection Committee, and more than 100 volunteers from volunteer teams under the school.

In the summary report of the 2024 Exam Support Volunteer Campaign, comrade Duong Tat Thanh shared: In this campaign, the Youth Union - Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has 06 exam support teams with a total of 431 volunteers. According to the report, the volunteer teams have successfully completed the key tasks of supporting candidates as well as ensuring order and security at the exam sites. The volunteers in the teams are always proactive, enthusiastic, eager in their work, and have a spirit of solidarity. The teams always receive enthusiastic direction and support from the Youth Union - Student Association of the University, agencies, organizations, etc. The teams and humanitarian volunteers receive love and support from candidates, parents and people in the area.

Awarding certificates of merit to volunteer teams that have made positive contributions to the 2024 Exam Support Volunteer Activity
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Ta Thi Bich Ngoc - Secretary of the Youth Union shared: Volunteering is an activity that has many meanings for society in general and students in particular. Based on the spirit of volunteerism and enthusiasm, VNU-USSH volunteers have contributed to spreading humanistic values and mutual love to the community. Thereby, with the spirit of "giving is receiving", participating in volunteer activities has many benefits for students themselves, creating opportunities to experience new things, develop relationships, soft skills as well as professional and social knowledge.
According to comrade Ta Thi Bich Ngoc, this year, the Youth Union - Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU has received contributions and directions to develop new volunteering directions, initially combining professional knowledge and volunteer work, enhancing the humanistic values and practicality of the activities.
In the upcoming summer volunteer season, the Secretary of the Youth Union reminded students to: maintain health, unite, fully fulfill assigned duties and plans, affirm the value of Humanities students and the school to the community and society.
