During the meeting, Associate Professor Tran Viet Nghia briefly introduced the history of training and research at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, highlighting its position as a leading institution in Vietnam for social sciences and humanities education. Associate Professor Tran Viet Nghia also emphasized the university's internationalization strategy, including strengthening international cooperation. Korean universities are among the university's important partners.
On behalf of Sungshin University, Mr. Doobo Shim expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome from the representatives of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. During the meeting, he highly appreciated the potential for cooperation between the two universities. He proposed organizing short-term training courses on Korean history and culture; strengthening exchanges and cooperation in training and scientific research fields; and promoting student and faculty exchanges.
Associate Professor Tran Viet Nghia agreed with Mr. Doobo Shim's proposals and expressed his hope that the two universities would strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the future. The Head of the Cooperation and Development Department also affirmed that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities always welcomes and provides the best learning conditions for Korean students in particular and international students in general.
