The school's labor union organized an event to celebrate female staff members on International Women's Day, March 8th.

To commemorate the 108th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 - March 8, 2018), on March 3, 2018, the School's Trade Union Executive Committee organized a field trip to Hanoi and Vinh Phuc for all female staff members.

Attending the field survey were Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh (Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Rector of the University); Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh (Chairperson of the University's Trade Union), 120 female staff members and the Executive Committee of the University's Trade Union, and the Executive Committees of the departmental trade unions.

A delegation of female staff members from the School went on a field trip to Giong Temple (Soc Temple) in Soc Son district (Hanoi) – a historical relic complex that was classified as a National Monument in 1962.

After concluding their field trip to Giong Temple, the delegation visited the Song Hong Thu Do Hotel for a social event celebrating International Women's Day (March 8th) with guest speakers Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoi Loan (psychology expert) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nga. The exchange provided valuable knowledge and experience for the female staff. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoi Loan shared many useful insights from the perspective of a seasoned psychologist.

The exchange activities and field trips have fostered cohesion and a sense of camaraderie among the female staff of the University, promising a new year with even greater success in both work and life for the female staff of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

The Principal gave a speech and presented flowers to the female staff of the school.

Female staff member receives certificate of commendation for "Excellence in school work and household duties".

The whole group took a commemorative photo.
