Receive and work with delegation from California State University, Fullerton (USA)

At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh (Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) introduced the main achievements in training, scientific research and main research directions of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities; emphasizing the goal of building a research university, strengthening research projects, especially international publishing. As a leading training and research center in the Vietnamese higher education community, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has established cooperative relationships with universities in the United States. The Rector hopes to soon establish cooperation between the University and California State University, Fullerton.

Dr. Kari Knutson Miller said that California State University, Fullerton wishes to further strengthen the relationship between the two schools through activities such as faculty exchanges, as well as exchanges and meetings between students of the two schools. California State University, Fullerton is ready to welcome Vietnamese students to the United States to study and research, participate in short-term training courses or distance learning. In return, California State University, Fullerton will send students to visit and exchange with the University in January 2017.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Quang Minh agreed with the proposals of Dr. Kari Knutson Miller and committed to creating the best conditions to support the implementation of the above proposals.
