Receiving and working with the delegation from California State University, Fullerton (USA)

During the meeting, Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh (Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) introduced the main achievements in training, scientific research, and the main research directions of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities; emphasizing the goal of building a research university, strengthening research projects, especially international publications. As a leading training and research center in the Vietnamese higher education community, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has established cooperative relationships with universities in the United States. The Rector expressed his desire to soon establish cooperation between the University and California State University, Fullerton.

Dr. Kari Knutson Miller stated that California State University, Fullerton wishes to further strengthen the relationship between the two universities through activities such as faculty exchanges, as well as exchanges and meetings between students from both institutions. California State University, Fullerton is ready to welcome Vietnamese students to study and conduct research in the United States, participate in short-term training courses, or distance learning programs. In return, California State University, Fullerton will send students to visit and interact with the university in January 2017.

Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh agreed with the proposals of Dr. Kari Knutson Miller and pledged to create the best conditions to support the implementation of the aforementioned proposals.
