In this first phase, the University awarded Master's degrees to 172 students who had completed their studies and successfully defended their theses as required. These graduate students came from various faculties and disciplines within the University, including Journalism, Science and Technology Management, Anthropology, International Relations, Sino-Vietnamese Studies, and Sociology.
On behalf of the University's leadership, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector) extended warm congratulations to the new Master's graduates and their families, friends, and colleagues. The Vice Rector expressed hope that the new Master's graduates would continue to maintain contact with the department, faculty, and the University in the future. The University is committed to providing optimal conditions for the learning process of postgraduate students and future doctoral candidates. The University will continue to support and look forward to the alumni's future academic and research plans.

On behalf of the new Master's graduates, student Nguyen Dinh Hung (Han Nom major, Faculty of Literature) shared his feelings about the University of Hanoi and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. For him, these are "sanctuaries of knowledge," where students can discuss and create knowledge, and receive guidance from professors on knowledge, working methods, and professional experience. The learning and training process at the University has helped the graduate students mature both intellectually and personally. He expressed his gratitude to the entire Board of Directors, lecturers, and administrative and service staff of the University for creating the best learning environment for the students.
