Second round of doctoral and master's degree awards in 2017.

On January 29, 2017, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, held a graduation ceremony for new PhD and Master's graduates at the auditorium on the 8th floor of building E.

This year, the University awarded doctoral degrees to 50 research students who successfully completed their studies and defended their dissertations as required. These research students come from various faculties and disciplines within the University, including Political Science, History, Archival Studies and Office Management, Linguistics, Anthropology, International Studies, Philosophy, and Psychology.

The university also awarded Master's degrees to 221 postgraduate students in various fields of study, including many international students.

Sharing the joy with the new PhD and Master's graduates, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector of the University) stated that the graduation day was a special day, as it recognized the continuous efforts and hard work of the students and researchers. Even more special, the graduation day coincided with the nationwide celebration of the victory of the Vietnamese U23 football team.

Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan delivered a speech at the ceremony.

Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan expressed his hope that, with the knowledge and degrees awarded by a leading university in the field of social sciences and humanities in Vietnam, the new PhD and Master's graduates will develop their abilities, make new strides in their careers, and contribute to their units, society, and the country. In the future, the University will continue to support and cooperate with them.
