The 5th Chung-Soo Scholarship Award Ceremony

On October 27th, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities awarded 80 Chung-Soo scholarships to students with outstanding academic achievements, student union officials with good academic performance, and students who overcame difficulties to excel in their studies.The total scholarship value is USD 20,000, with each scholarship worth USD 250. Attending the scholarship awarding ceremony were Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh – Rector of the University, Mr. Ha Chan Ho – Ambassador of Korea to Vietnam, Mr. Choi Phillip – Chairman of the Chung-Soo Foundation, Mr. Kim Jae Cheul – Director of MBC television channel, and representatives from various departments and students of the University. Since 2007, the Chung-Soo Foundation has selected the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to award scholarships to support its students. This is the fifth consecutive year that students of the University have received the scholarship. The Chung-Soo scholarship has become a source of encouragement and material support for students to overcome difficulties in life and study better. It also contributes to deepening the meaning of the cultural and educational exchange between Vietnam and Korea, fostering its sustainable development.
