Vietravel Scholarship Award

On November 5, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a scholarship awarding ceremony for Vietravel scholarships titled "Vietravel accompanies Vietnamese talents". Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kim – Vice Rector of the University, and Mr. Pham Quang Hung – Director of Vietravel's Northern branch.

Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kim – Vice Rector of the University, and Mr. Pham Quang Hung – Director of Vietravel's Northern branch.At the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim thanked Vietravel for its support to the university's students, and affirmed that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has had relatively high admission scores for many years, attracting many good and excellent students, which is an important foundation for improving the quality of education at the university. Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim also advised the students to take advantage of every learning opportunity at the university to equip themselves with the necessary knowledge when entering life. Regarding Vietravel, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities expressed its willingness to cooperate in all activities aimed at achieving high-quality education and training, as well as other humanitarian activities. Mr. Pham Quang Hung stated that, in addition to its business objectives, Vietravel always prioritizes social activities such as supporting disadvantaged families, impoverished patients, and awarding scholarships to outstanding students. In 2012, Vietravel implemented a scholarship program for first-year students with excellent entrance exam results but facing difficult circumstances. Among the 43 scholarship recipients, 9 were from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. "This is because the company highly values ​​the role of the social sciences and humanities disciplines, as well as the prestige and quality of training at the University," Mr. Pham Quang Hung explained.
