Deploying training and operating the Quality Assurance and University Ranking Portal

Attending the training session were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong (Vice Principal); Dr. Pham Huy Cuong (Director of the Center for Vocational Training) and representatives of training units and functional departments that will be the focal points for implementing the operation of the Information Portal in the coming time.

Under the technical guidance of staff from the Institute for Education Quality Assurance of VNU, the participants of the training session were given an overview of the Information Portal, subsystems and data entry functions related to each affiliated Faculty/Institute/Department and of functional departments.

After the training, the School will officially have a plan to deploy to each unit. It is expected that the implementation of the Portal will go through two main stages:

- In phase 1, relevant parties organize the entry of unit/School data into the Information Portal to consolidate, update and manage information to ensure internal quality of the School.

- In phase 2, stakeholders will be trained on the process of writing self-assessment reports/preparing evidence directly on the Portal and entering data for University Rankings.
