Strictly comply with the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standard: Further affirmation of the quality of education and training of the School

Also attending were representatives from the following departments: Training, Personnel Organization, Administration - General, Cooperation - Development, CT and CTHSSV, Legal Inspectorate, Center for Education Quality Assurance and the Department of Archival Science and Office Management.

On the side of the monitoring and evaluation delegation, there were Dr. Tran Quang Uy (Head of the delegation) and MSc. Nguyen Van Hung, Mr. Truong Xuan Nguyen (member of the delegation).

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh, on behalf of the school's Board of Directors, shared some information about the school's training and scientific research activities, as well as the results of activities to ensure the quality of educational and training facilities and training programs (the school has completed the Self-Assessment Report with very high results). At the same time, Vice Principal Lai Quoc Khanh hopes that through this monitoring assessment, the school will review the results of implementing the ISO process in the past time in all areas of work, and at the same time see which points are not really suitable and need to be adjusted and improved to contribute to improving the quality of training.

On behalf of the Evaluation Team, Dr. Tran Quang Uy shared: The members of this evaluation team have a lot of experience, having participated in evaluating many ISO processes as well as quality assessment rounds at many different educational institutions. Therefore, we will conduct this second monitoring assessment with a high sense of responsibility to have the most objective and accurate assessments of the implementation of the ISO process in the past 5 years, and at the same time find out the inappropriate points (if any), to help the school have a plan for improvement.

After the opening session, the Evaluation Team will conduct a survey of evidence and discuss directly with representatives of the Board of Directors and staff of departments according to the work schedule announced to the school.

After a day of examining the evidence and meeting and interviewing representatives of the school's departments, the Evaluation Team acknowledged and congratulated the achievements that the school has achieved in the past time. Dr. Tran Quang Uy, on behalf of the Team, announced the conclusion: the departments have strictly followed the procedures according to the registered ISO 9001-2015 quality management system. Currently, the Team has not found any non-conformities. Therefore, based on today's results, the Evaluation Team will complete the report to propose to continue maintaining the validity of the school's ISO 9001:2015 certification. A few small recommendations and proposals from the Team regarding the storage of records and documents related to administrative and management work, the school will consider to have a plan for improvement if necessary.

Concluding the closing ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh, on behalf of the School's Board of Directors, expressed his deep gratitude for the attention and support of the Evaluation Team. Thus, along with the results of the recent quality assessment activities, the observations of the Evaluation and Supervision Team today showed that although the two teams conducted independent and objective surveys, there were common observations on the school's achievements. That has great significance in affirming the quality of education and training, and is also an encouragement for the Board of Directors and all staff, lecturers and students of the school. In the next phase, we hope that the members of the Evaluation Team and the agencies will continue to accompany the school in improving the quality of education and training.

At the end of the working session, the school gave gifts and took souvenir photos with the Evaluation Team.
