The Preliminary Quality Assessment Survey Team consists of 3 members, led by Professor Dr. Dang Ung Van.
After conducting a one-day preliminary on-site survey at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the survey team highly appreciated the university's meticulous and scientific reception and preparation: the evidence was relatively complete, arranged according to criteria, and very scientific, making it easy for the survey team to review. Speaking at the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding following the preliminary survey, Professor Dang Ung Van assessed: The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is a very traditional institution, a cradle for training many illustrious figures in the history of the country. The university's achievements in training, scientific research, and community service are highly commendable. The university's self-assessment report was also meticulously prepared and in accordance with regulations.

On behalf of the School's Board of Directors, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan shared that the school encountered many difficulties in preparing the self-assessment report and supporting evidence. While service activities are a strength of the school, with numerous activities at all levels—faculties, departments, the Youth Union, and the Trade Union—including policy consultation workshops, post-COVID-19 psychological support, and charitable activities, the current focus is on gathering supporting evidence. Rector Hoang Anh Tuan also expressed his gratitude and acknowledged the very specific suggestions and recommendations from the preliminary survey team. These not only helped the school complete the self-assessment report and supplement the evidence for the official survey but also helped the school clearly identify areas for improvement to enhance the quality of education. Following today's meeting, the school will actively supplement and adjust the evidence to ensure the success of the official survey.
Both sides agreed on a specific plan for the official survey from April 20-24 and proceeded to sign a memorandum of understanding following the preliminary survey.
