On the morning of July 20, 2016, the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, organized a workshop on Communication Management and Crisis Handling in the Context of Social Media. The workshop attracted a large number of experts and researchers who participated in discussions.
