1. Conditions for registration to recruit contract workers
1.1. Eligible candidates:- Is a Vietnamese worker and resides in Vietnam;
- 18 years of age or older;
- Have application form;
- Have a clear background confirmed by a competent authority;
- Have diplomas and training certificates appropriate to the job position;
- Healthy enough to perform the job or duties;
- Meet other conditions, not contrary to legal regulations as required by the job position.
1.2. The following persons are not allowed to register:- Loss of civil capacity or limited civil capacity;
- Being prosecuted for criminal liability; serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court; being subject to administrative measures of being sent to a medical facility, educational facility, or reformatory school.

Note: In addition to the general and specific standards mentioned above, special cases will be considered and decided by the Recruitment Council.

5. Deadline and location for receiving documents
5.1. Application documents include- Application form;
- CV (with 4x6 photo attached) certified by a competent authority (valid for 06 months from the date of application submission);
- Notarized copies of diplomas, transcripts, and certificates related to the required major. Diplomas and certificates issued by foreign educational institutions must be translated into Vietnamese and notarized. Diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions must have a notarized copy of the Diploma Recognition Certificate from the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training;
- Notarized copy of Birth Certificate;
- Health certificate issued by a competent health authority (valid for 6 months from the date of application submission);
- Documents and records proving work experience (certificate of seniority, copy of labor contract or work contract, social insurance book...) (if any);
- Scientific background according to
LLKH Modelclearly stating the journal ISSN code for articles published in specialized scientific journals; the publisher's ISBN code for textbook chapters or monographs published, with confirmation from the working agency. (For candidates applying for the position of lecturer or researcher).
Note: Candidates are responsible for the legality of their diplomas and certificates. In case, after the results of the contract labor recruitment are available, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities discovers that the candidate has used the diploma or certificate in violation of regulations, the University will issue a decision to cancel the admission results. Received documents will not be returned.

6.2. Examination content:- Round 1 (common for all candidates): Check the application requirements in the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. If the requirements are met, the candidate will be able to participate in round 2.
- Round 2: Professional and technical skills
a. Form: Interview
b. Interview content: Common for all positions
- General knowledge: Relevant regulations according to the requirements of the job position and knowledge about the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, about Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- Test of foreign language proficiency in the field (as registered by the candidate).
- Test the ability to apply information technology in performing the tasks of the recruiting position.
- Professional knowledge:
+ For lecturer and high school teacher positions:
Content and format: Candidates practice teaching 1 period and have a professional interview, directly answer questions from the Council.
+ For researcher and specialist positions: Interview on work handling skills and real-life situations related to the recruitment position.
c. Interview scores are calculated on a 100-point scale.
