The secret to studying well, participating in many school activities and working as an MC to earn extra income

The fate of being a MC came to Ngoc Tan when he first went on stage to host a high school event. The first time I stood on stage as an MC made me very nervous, but everyone responded enthusiastically and supported me so I felt very happy. Since then, the frequency of me being chosen to go on stage to host large and small programs has increased. Gradually, it has become a constant dream in my life until now, forcing me to really try to cultivate, learn and gain experience from my seniors to be able to pursue this fate and passion of mine.

I still like to make sure the rules are set, I am someone who wants to ensure both studying in class, at school as well as participating in many activities. I want to share the secrets that can help me balance between studying and participating in activities for your reference:

1. Define clear goals: Set specific learning and activity goals; Identify the long-term benefits of investing time in both learning and events; Plan time effectively and appropriately.

2. Use a calendar and to-do list: Always prioritize important tasks; Make sure you have enough time for studying and extracurricular activities. When you use a clear calendar, when you look at the overall work schedule and activities, you will be able to balance your tasks. I prioritize using Google Calendar and Google Task,...

3. Divide the work: Break down large tasks into smaller steps to make them more manageable; Prioritize completing important tasks first.

4. Managing emotions and pressure (Stress): I will definitely have times when I am very stressed, so I have to learn how to handle pressure through sharing such as podcasts on Spotify, Youtube; I often practice relaxation techniques such as meditation and exercise to reduce stress.

5. Seek support and dialogue: If you encounter difficulties, seek help from teachers, friends, or relatives; Join study groups to share knowledge and experiences. I often have the habit of looking for close friends or people who can help me "remove" the problems when I encounter difficulties or problems.

6. Stay motivated: Make a list of the benefits you will gain by completing your goal; Visualize a successful future to stay motivated.

7. Be proactive: Actively seek out and participate in activities and events that interest you; Consider how activities can complement your personal and professional development.

8. Prioritize: Identify the more important activities and prioritize them. Sometimes, saying no to some unimportant activities can help focus on important goals.

9. Rewarding yourself is extremely important: I often set small milestones in work and activities and then reward myself when I achieve them. This helps increase my willpower and motivation through activities and studying.

10. Enjoy the process: Remember that the learning process and the activity are equally important. Enjoy every step and learn from the experience. By combining these steps, you can optimize your time and energy to study well and participate in many activities and events.

MC profession brings many experiences and challenges

1. The MC (Master of Ceremonies) profession brings many diverse and challenging experiences. Below are some common experiences that MCs like me have gathered and summarized: Since pursuing the MC profession, I have improved my communication skills. The MC profession requires excellent communication skills to interact with the crowd, maintain attention and create a positive atmosphere. I have also improved a lot in my voice control techniques, emotional regulation and using appropriate words in each situation.

2. I have become more confident when interacting with crowds: Before, I was very afraid of crowds and people looking at me, so I was quite self-conscious for a long time. Later, after experiencing more, I realized that an important part of the MC role is interacting with the audience. This includes creating comfort, sending positive messages and sometimes even resolving urgent or unexpected situations.

3. I have consciously prepared everything carefully: Although many of the MC's lines may be based on the script, the ability to adapt and react quickly is important. Careful preparation helps ensure that the MC has full knowledge of the event and the team, and can face any situation. In addition, there are also costumes, demeanor, ... if there is careful preparation, it will definitely do better.

4. Experience with a variety of events: MCs often work on a variety of events, from corporate conferences, weddings, award ceremonies, to art performances. This allows for diverse experience and working with a variety of audiences and venues.

5. Pressure and challenges: MCs often face pressure and challenges in keeping an event running smoothly. This includes time management, problem solving, and keeping the atmosphere positive even when things go wrong.

6. Integration and Relationships: MCs have the opportunity to integrate into the community and build relationships with many people. This can create special connections and new career opportunities.

7. Creativity: Creating creative and exciting performances is an important part of the MC profession. This helps create a unique and memorable atmosphere for the event. The MC profession not only brings interesting and unique experiences but also requires professionalism, creativity and flexibility in the working environment.

Difficulties are the first steps to success.

During my teenage years, I faced many challenges in studying and working 7 part-time jobs. My family was not in a difficult situation, but ensuring a source of income was also an indispensable part of supporting my family. During my studies, I had to work a lot to ensure I had enough money to continue studying and experience more activities. Sometimes, the pressure of studying and part-time jobs can add to my mental burden, posing many challenges in time management and health. However, these difficulties became the motivation for me to learn and develop myself. I learned how to manage my time effectively, build teamwork skills and set specific goals to achieve in my studies and career.

My family and my mother are my biggest source of encouragement, and their love has helped me overcome all difficulties. My efforts and patience have taken me from small beginnings, such as working extra to cover expenses, to greater successes in my career and life. A positive attitude and gratitude help me see challenges as opportunities for growth. Every difficulty is a lesson, and I have learned to face them strongly. Sometimes, overcoming difficulties can create small successes, but they are important steps on the path to maturity and achieving dreams.

Mission to inspire young people and the community

For me, as a young person with a passion for voice and confidence. I always realize that I have a desire to help young people overcome their own fears, overcome their own shadow. I have participated in inspirational workshops. In particular, with inspiration, I organized the Workshop The SHADOW: Overcoming your own shadow, which has left a big echo with students.

In addition to these activities, I also participate in many volunteer activities, environmental protection and social contributions at businesses and companies. Most importantly, choose activities that reflect your values ​​and passions. Contributing to society is not only a good way to help others but also an opportunity to develop yourself and build a strong community.

In the future, I will continue to pursue the path I have chosen, which is the MC profession. I will have a few goals in the future such as studying for a Master's degree, learning a new foreign language and participating in more activities. I will continue to carry out my mission, bringing inspiration to young people to use their voices to build society, and positively inspiring the community.
