The 28-day training program (from June 2nd to June 29th) at the Center for National Defense and Security Education – VNU Hanoi has become an unforgettable milestone in the lives of nearly 500 students from cohorts K68-69 of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

During this 28-day journey, you will not only undergo physical training but also accumulate valuable knowledge and skills.
From theoretical lectures in the classroom covering topics such as the national defense policy and the Party's military viewpoint, students gradually become familiar with the military environment through practical training sessions on the training ground. Here, students are instructed on how to use and disassemble AK rifles, practice drill and formation, and learn infantry combat techniques…
Beyond honing professional skills, the military environment also helps students gradually develop discipline and an organized lifestyle. From properly arranging their living quarters and participating in general cleaning every Friday morning, to seemingly small actions like bending down to pick up a piece of trash or lining up in the correct position, all contribute to fostering habits of responsibility, carefulness, and concern for the collective.

A unique room, where people of different ages, academic backgrounds, and even different companies gather. Their only commonality is that they all wear the uniform of the Faculty of Humanities. Yet, that very room 202 has become strangely close-knit, as if everyone has known each other for a very long time. (Photo: Phuong Anh)
Under the roof of the military academy, love for the homeland and a spirit of determination are nurtured day by day, but intertwined with that is the care and warmth from the teachers and training officers.
