Difficulties in the first day of college

"When I first entered university, I was very shy and afraid to communicate. Adapting to a new environment, with dynamic and enthusiastic people around me, was really a big challenge for me" - Phuong Anh confided. She admitted that, in the beginning, her shyness caused her to miss many opportunities to participate in group activities and make friends. That not only made Phuong Anh feel lost but also affected her learning efficiency when she could not get used to the new way of learning. However, those difficulties became the motivation for her to be determined to change, to gradually open her heart, proactively integrate andbuildimage of a dynamic student as it is today.

Journey to become a better version

"When I first joined the clubs and activities of the faculty, I felt very confused. But looking at theenthusiasmand the confidence of those around me, I really admire and tell myself to try to be like that" - Phuong Anh said. Thanks to always being proactive in seeking support from seniors and friends of the same age, Phuong Anh gradually changed. She started to make a clear study plan, spending a lot of time practicing and expanding her skills. "Every day I try to change little by little every day, when I persevere, I feel myself improving more and more" - Phuong Anh shared.

From the first small steps, Phuong Anh has overcome theshyto assert yourself in a new environment. You boldly joined the Student Event Organization Club - SEG, where you constantly learn and develop. Thanks to your diligence and creativity, Phuong Anh was quickly entrusted with the responsibility of Head of the Club's Communications Department, in charge of strategy and implementation of event promotion activities. From a shy girl, Phuong Anh not only rose to become a dynamic leader but also became a source of inspiration for her peers. The achievements are clear evidence of your maturity and relentless efforts in the journey to conquer yourself.

Proud achievements

Thanks to her persistent efforts and progressive spirit, Phuong Anh has achieved many proud achievements in both studying and movement activities. She has continuously received the scholarship to encourage learning in the second semester of the 2023-2024 school year and the scholarshipDao Minh Quang Fund2023 - 2024 school year of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and achieved the title of 5 Good Students at the School level in the 2023 - 2024 school year.

Not only that, Phuong Anh also asserted herself in mass activities when taking on the role of Head of Communications of the USSH ARTalent 2024 - 2025 Competition organized by the Youth Union - Student Association of the school. She also excellently won the highest achievement in the female sit-up individual category at the "My Class is Healthy" Competition, part of the "My Class is Number 1" series of activities. In addition, Phuong Anh is also a member of the Organizing Committee of many major events such as the USSH GRALENT 2023 Talent and Beauty Competition, USSH ARTalent 2023 Competition...

“For me, every opportunity is a way to develop and improve myself” – Phuong Anh shared. Therefore, she always tries to balance her studies, extracurricular activities and responsibilities in clubs to continuously accumulate experience and improve her skills. Phuong Anh believes that participating in programs and events not only helps her apply specialized knowledge into practice but also brings valuable experiences, shaping her thinking and teamwork skills. As the Head of Communications of SEG Club and many large programs, Phuong Anh learned how to plan, manage time and communicate effectively. These experiences not only help her mature but also open up opportunities to connect with many like-minded seniors and friends. “Despite being busy, I always prioritize studying because it is the most solid foundation. However, participating in extracurricular activities is the way for me to develop comprehensively and discover new potentials of myself” – Phuong Anh shared more.

Looking back on her two years of university, Phuong Anh always humbly believes that she is not an outstanding person, but she always tries to improve herself every day. Phuong Anh is clearly aware that the road ahead is long, so she still needs to continue to make more efforts and she always finds ways to push herself further, constantly improve and accumulate more valuable experiences. Phuong Anh also does not forget to thank her luck for always having encouragement and support from her family, especially from her parents, who are always by her side and create the best conditions for her to pursue her dreams and develop in the direction she desires.

Phuong Anh always believes that only when we step out of our comfort zone and dare to face challenges, can we discover our full potential. Through her journey, she wants to tell young people not to hesitate to try, dare to do things they have never thought of. Be confident in asserting yourself, because every step, no matter how small, is an opportunity to grow and contribute positive values ​​to the community.
