The purpose of the field trip is to help students learn about the traditions and culture of Thailand. In addition, the field trip also helps students practice their knowledge, skills and attitudes, gain a deep understanding of their careers, and orient their future career development steps specifically. Accompanying the students are two lecturers: (academic title) Ngo Tuan Thang (Academic Advisor) and (academic title) Nguyen Trong Chinh.

The students visited the most famous places in Thailand and experienced the unique cuisine of this country in the coastal city of Pattaya and the capital Krung Thep Maha Nakhon (or the familiar name to international friends is Bangkok). In Pattaya, the group visited some famous tourist destinations such as Wat Phra Yai, Coral Island, Four Parts Floating Market and enjoyed Gold-Plated Coffee,... In addition, the group also visited the ancient city of Muang Boran - known as a miniature Thailand with a system of complexes and architectural works completely recreated like the original, the Venomous Snake Research Center, Icon Siam - Mother of the Mall and had dinner on the Chaopraya Princess cruise,... These are special, new experiences and bear the mark of the Golden Temple country for international students.

Not only visiting the places on the itinerary, before returning home, K65 International Studies students visited Chulalongkorn University - one of the best universities in Thailand and also the world's leading university in training in International Relations and Development Studies.

The trip is not only a practical learning opportunity that brings real-life experiences to students, enhances understanding and awareness of relations between countries, and improves professional skills, but also an opportunity to strengthen solidarity between teachers and students in the K65 International Studies class. Although the field trip was short, it left each student with lasting lessons and memories. Internship and practice are compulsory subjects in the training program of the International Studies Department. Therefore, International Studies students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will have the opportunity to travel abroad to see the vast world.
