1. Mục đích và đối tượng nghiên cứu của luận án

- Mục đích nghiên cứu của luận án:

Luận án nghiên cứu hệ thống các quan điểm của Hồ Chí Minh về nâng cao dân trí và sự vận dụng hệ thống quan điểm đó nhằm nâng cao dân trí của Việt Nam trong giai đoạn hiện nay.

- Đối tượng nghiên cứu của luận án:

Luận án nghiên cứu di sản Hồ Chí Minh về nâng cao dân trí, thực trạng và giải pháp nâng cao dân trí theo tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh ở Việt Nam hiện nay.

2. Các phương pháp nghiên cứu đã sử dụng

Đề tài sử dụng phương pháp luận của chủ nghĩa duy vật biện chứng và chủ nghĩa duy vật lịch sử. Ngoài ra đề tài còn sử dụng các phương pháp kết hợp lôgic – lịch sử, phân tích - tổng hợp, quy nạp, diễn dịch, gắn lý luận với thực tiễn, đối chiếu, so sánh, nghiên cứu tài liệu lưu trữ…

3. Các kết quả chính và kết luận

3.1. Các kết quả chính

- Luận án bước đầu làm rõ khái niệm dân trí, nâng cao dân trí và tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về nâng cao dân trí.

- Luận án nghiên cứu một cách hệ thống những nội dung trong tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về nâng cao dân trí, bao gồm: mục tiêu nâng cao dân trí, điều kiện nâng cao dân trí, chủ thể và đối tượng nâng cao dân trí, nội dung nâng cao dân trí và biện pháp nâng cao dân trí. Đây là hệ thống quan điểm toàn diện, bao quát, là những chỉ dẫn cụ thể cho thực trạng nâng cao dân trí của Đảng, Nhà nước và nhân dân ta hiện nay.

- Trên cơ sở phân tích thực trạng vận dụng tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về nâng cao dân trí trong giai đoạn hiện nay và những vấn đề đặt ra, luận án đã đưa ra những giải pháp có tính khả thi nhằm vận dụng hiệu quả tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về nâng cao dân trí, góp phần quan trọng vào việc nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực, thúc đẩy sự phát triển của đất nước.

3.2. Kết luận

 Tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về nâng cao dân trí có giá trị lý luận và thực tiễn vô cùng sâu sắc, là cơ sở lý luận, nền tảng tư tưởng để Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam vận dụng, phát triển và đề ra chủ trương, đường lối nâng cao dân trí từ khi thành lập cho đến nay, đặc biệt trong giai đoạn đổi mới đất nước. Việc vận dụng tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về nâng cao dân trí trong giai đoạn hiện nay đã đạt được những kết quả nhất định. Tuy nhiên, bên cạnh những kết quả đã đạt được, vấn đề dân trí và nâng cao dân trí của Việt Nam vẫn tồn tại không ít những khuyết điểm, hạn chế. Thực trạng đó đòi hỏi cần phải tiếp tục vận dụng và phát triển sáng tạo tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về nâng cao dân trí một cách triệt để và sâu sắc hơn nữa để phát triển con người toàn diện, xây dựng và phát triển nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao, phục vụ sự phát triển bền vững của đất nước.

The thesis examines the system of views of Ho Chi Minh on the improvement of the people's intellectual level and the application of that viewpoint system to improve the people's intellectual level in Vietnam.

The thesis studies on the Ho Chi Minh legacy on raising the people's intellectual standard, current situation and solutions to raise people's intellectual level according to Ho Chi Minh's thought in Vietnam today.

The thesis uses the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism. The subject also uses methods of combining logic - history, analysis - synthesis, inductive, deductive, theoretical, comparative, research archives.
