2. Objectives of the training program

2.1. General Objectives

- The Master of Science in Management program trains highly qualified researchers, consultants, and operational managers in the field of management, capable of fulfilling research and operational tasks in policy and management at various levels.

2.2. Specific Objectives

- Students are equipped with in-depth knowledge in the field of management science with topics such as: Analysis, policy planning, Modern management theories, Leadership skills, Leadership culture, Risk and crisis management, Intellectual property management, etc. Based on this, students are able to apply theory to management practice, creating favorable conditions for them to conduct in-depth research and solve theoretical or practical problems in separate or interdisciplinary fields;

- Upon completing this program, Master of Science in Management graduates will be capable of acquiring and mastering knowledge of management science, modern science and technology, and quickly and effectively solving practical management problems; they will possess the capacity to create, analyze, and evaluate management policies; they will be able to adapt quickly and appropriately to changes in the management environment; and they will be able to organize, mobilize, and persuade the masses to achieve the organization's goals. Master of Science in Management graduates can meet the requirements of management positions in state agencies, state-owned enterprises, organizations, and businesses of various economic sectors; they can serve as a source for selection into higher management positions or for further doctoral programs.

- Upon completion of the program, students will be able to work independently with creative thinking, and will have the capacity to identify and solve research problems in the field of management science.

3. Admission Information

3.1. Entrance examination subjects:

- The entrance exam includes the following subjects:

+ Basic exam subject: History of management theory

+ Foundation subject: General Management Science

+ Foreign language exam: choose one of five languages: English, Russian, French, German, or Chinese.

3.2. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for the Master's program in Management Science must meet all of the following conditions:

- Has a clean personal record and is not currently under criminal investigation;

- Regarding qualifications: Applicants must have a university degree in Management Science or a related field such as Social Management; or a university degree in a related field including:Public Management, Public Policy, Science and Technology Policy, Public Administration; Human Resource Management; Business Administration; Political Science; Economic Management, Environmental Science; Economic Cybernetics, Technology and Enterprise Management, Environmental Management, Educational Management, Sociology, Social Work, Tourism Management, Management Information Systems, Office Management, Cultural Management, Educational Management and other fields related to management.afterhave taken supplementary courses to improve their knowledge.to have a qualification equivalent to a university degree in Management Science;

- Regarding work experience and eligibility criteria:

+ Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Management Science or related fields are eligible to take the entrance exam in the same year they graduate;

+ Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in fields closely related to Management Science, with a GPA of "good" or higher, are eligible to take the entrance exam in their graduation year. Those with a GPA below "good" must have at least one year of work experience in a field related to their chosen specialization (calculated from the date of the graduation certificate to the exam date) and must complete a supplementary knowledge program offered by the Faculty of Management Science.
