From there, find out the advantages, limitations and causes of limitations to continue to build and perfect the policies for archivists in the current period.

In theory: The research results of the Thesis bring scientific value to the process of building and developing Archival science in Vietnam at the present stage.

In practice: The research results of the Thesis can be used and referred to by policy makers to serve the construction and improvement of the regime for archival officers, aiming at managing, preserving, building and developing archival human resources, meeting the practical requirements of the Archives industry in the current period.

13. Further research directions:

Based on the research results of the Thesis, in the coming time, we will continue to expand and conduct more in-depth research on the construction and completion of recruitment and employment regimes; salary regimes; training and fostering regimes; evaluation regimes, reward and discipline regimes; and social insurance regimes for archival officers.

Firstly, The thesis brought to concept of regulations, role and influence to setup, to complete of regulations factors for archivists in Vietnam.

Secondly,The thesis brought to specific job of archivists. Especially in the context of entry and current developments.

Third, The thesis provides theory to setup, to complete of regulations for archivists in Vietnam

Fourthly, The thesis defines the foundations, the principles, the methods, the productions to setup, to complete of regulations for archivists in Vietnam today.

Fifthly,The thesis researched to the authority state offices what was setup to regulations and how had to enough scientific basis to setup regulations that for archivists. From there, the thesis finds the advantages, disadvantages and the cause of disadvantages for continuing to setup, to complete of regulations for archivists in nowadays.

Lastly, The thesis researched to propose the solutions to setup, to complete of regulations for archivists in Vietnam today.
