Rankyear,This study investigates the regulations that competent state agencies have established for archival staff and the scientific foundations upon which they are based. From this, we can identify the advantages, limitations, and causes of these limitations in order to further develop and improve the current regulations for archival workers.

Based on the research findings of this dissertation, further research will be conducted in the future to expand and improve the recruitment and employment system; salary system; training and development system; evaluation system; reward and disciplinary system; and social insurance system for archival staff.
