11. Summary ofnew resultsof the thesis:

- The thesis describes the changes in labor and employment structure in the agricultural land recovery area, with the application of social change theories, social mobility theories, labor market theories and sociological investigation methods, initially presented in a scientifically based and relatively systematic manner.

- When agricultural land is reclaimed, many farming households fall into a passive state, making it difficult to change their occupations. However, through the thesis research, it was discovered that many farming households have been quick, proactive, and creative in changing their occupations and adapting to the loss and risks caused by the impact of land reclamation.

12. Practical application:

- The research results of the thesis are a source of reference materials, serving research, teaching and learning on Labor Sociology, Rural Sociology, and Social Change.

- The solutions proposed in the thesis can be applied to areas with agricultural land recovery and livelihood conversion in localities.

13. Further research directions:

- This study suggests new studies from the perspective of the impact of economic and social policies on the process of changing labor and employment structure in general and especially in areas with agricultural land recovery.

- In the thesis, the change of labor structure and employment in agricultural land acquisition area, with the application of social change theories, social mobility theory, labor market theory and methods of sociological investigation, initially expressed in a scientific and relatively systematic way.

- When recovering agricultural land, many farmer households fall into a passive state and face difficulties in changing their careers. However, through research, the thesis found that many farmer households were quick, proactive and creative to change their careers and adapt to the dangers and risks due to the impact of land acquisition.

- The research results of the thesis are references, serving research, teaching and learning about labor sociology, rural sociology, social change.
