10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
This dissertation has contributed to the development of a new research direction on democracy in Vietnam by studying the impact of democratic practices on promoting the role of intellectuals from the perspective of Ho Chi Minh's thought. Based on authoritative sources both domestically and internationally, the dissertation clarifies the foundation and basic content of Ho Chi Minh's thought on democratic practices aimed at promoting the role of Vietnamese intellectuals. Simultaneously, the dissertation assesses the process of democratic practices aimed at promoting the role of Vietnamese intellectuals during the 30 years of reform according to Ho Chi Minh's thought. Based on this, the dissertation proposes directions and basic solutions, in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's thought, to further promote democratic practices and enhance the role of Vietnamese intellectuals in the current period.
11. Practical applications:
This dissertation can serve as a reference for research and teaching in the field of Ho Chi Minh Studies, as well as social sciences and humanities subjects related to democratic practice and promoting the role of intellectuals. The directions and solutions proposed in this dissertation are valuable for reference and application in the practice of democracy to enhance the role of intellectuals.

The thesis has contributed to develop a new research direction on democracy in Vietnam through research on impacts of democracy practice on the role of intellectuals from the approach of Ho Chi Minh ideology. Based on authentic materials inside and outside the country, the thesis has specified foundation basis, basic content of Ho Chi Minh ideology on democratic practice to promote the role of Vietnam intellectuals. The thesis also evaluates democratic practices to promote the role of Vietnam intellectuals during 30 years of reform under Ho Chi Minh ideology. On such basis, the thesis has proposed direction and basic solutions under Ho Chi Minh ideology to enhance democratic practice to promote the role of Vietnam intellectuals in the current period.
11. Applicability:
The thesis can be served as reference for research, teaching of Ho Chi Minh studies, social science and humanity related to democratic practice, promotion of intellectual role. Directions and solutions proposed in the thesis have meaning of reference and application in practice of democracy to promote the role of intellectuals.
