Research, analyze, clarify the content of Ho Chi Minh's viewpoints on protecting the natural environment and apply those viewpoints to protecting the natural environment in our country today.

Ho Chi Minh's views on protecting the natural environment and the issue of protecting the natural environment in Vietnam today.

2. Research methods used

In the process of conducting the thesis, the author uses the research methods of dialectical materialism, historical materialism and political methodology, Ho Chi Minh studies. In addition, the author combines with the methods: logical method, historical method, analysis, synthesis, comparison, statistics, etc.

3. Main results and conclusions

3.1. Main results

- Overview of research works related to the thesis topic, indicating the results achieved and issues that the thesis continues to research.

- Clarify basic concepts related to the topic

- Analyze and clarify the content of Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint on protecting the natural environment; Theoretical and practical value of that viewpoint.

- Applying Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint to analyze and evaluate the current state of the environment and natural environment protection in Vietnam (2011-2019), pointing out achievements, limitations, causes and issues. Forecasting factors affecting the natural environment and proposing key solutions to continue applying Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint on natural environment protection in Vietnam in the coming time.

- Ho Chi Minh always had a special love for nature, considered nature as the closest friend in daily life, always lived closely and in harmony with nature, that was a noble soul, a characteristic of a great cultural figure - Ho Chi Minh. Research topic "Protecting the natural environment in Vietnam today according to Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint"The thesis has clarified the basic concepts related to the topic; Analyzed and clarified the content of Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint on protecting the natural environment, the meaning of that viewpoint; Applied Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint to analyze and evaluate the current state of the environment and the protection of the natural environment in Vietnam (2011-2019).

- In the period of development and deep integration with the world, Vietnam has many opportunities but also faces many challenges. Economic growth and national development are accompanied by increasing environmental pollution. Therefore, research, application and solutions to protect the natural environment in Vietnam today according to Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint are necessary for the sustainable development of the country.

In addition, the author has combined other methodologies such as: logical method, historical method, analyze method, summarize, comparison, statistics, etc.

Forecast the impact of factors to the environment and bring out essential solutions, continuing to apply Ho Chi Minh's stance in protecting the natural environment in the upcoming future.

- Ho Chi Minh has always been fascinated with nature, he considers nature as a close fellow in daily life, he lives closely attached to nature, hence a beautiful soul, a signature feature of a humanist. When studying the topic “Protecting the current natural environment according to Ho Chi Minh's standpoint”, this thesis has identified the main jargons related to the topic; Analyze and specify the content of Ho Chi Minh's standpoint in protecting the natural environment and its meaning; the application of that standpoint in analyzing and evaluating the environment's reality and the matter of protecting Vietnam's natural environment (2011-2019).

- In this developing and integrating period, Vietnam has many opportunities and challenges to face. Economic growth, national growth comes with environmental growth, therefore, the study and application and solutions to the protection of natural environment nowadays according to Ho Chi Minh's standpoint is necessary to the concrete development of the nation.
