11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis
The dissertation delves into an in-depth analysis of three important theoretical foundations: the general theory of ownership relations and related issues; the Marxist perspective and the viewpoint of the Communist Party of Vietnam on resolving the issue of ownership relations during the transitional period to socialism; and the structure of ownership relations in Vietnam today and the factors influencing the movement and development of ownership relations.
This dissertation analyzes the current state of ownership relations in Vietnam and the issues that arise. Regarding the current situation, the dissertation bases its analysis on four forms of ownership associated with four corresponding economic sectors to assess their dynamics. In the analysis process, the dissertation points out the achievements and limitations existing in each economic sector associated with each corresponding form of ownership.
The thesis presented two basic viewpoints and five solutions to address the issue of ownership relations in Vietnam today.

The results of this dissertation can serve as a reference for teaching philosophy, political economy, and economic management in universities and colleges.
