This leads to the public having a more positive attitude towards preservation work than towards promotion activities.

- The press has not really met the people's information needs on issues related to the preservation and promotion of Hanoi's cultural heritage.

Practical applicability: The research content of the thesis is a reference material for the leadership of the Party Committee, the direction of the government, the coordination between departments, branches and sectors with the press to innovate, improve the quality and effectiveness of activities in leadership, direction and coordination to preserve and promote Hanoi's culture and arts.
