- The Party's foreign policy in the period 2001-2015 is to consistently implement the foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, peace, cooperation and development; to open, multilateralize and diversify international relations; to proactively and actively integrate into the international economy, while expanding international cooperation in other fields; Vietnam is ready to be a friend and reliable partner of countries in the international community, actively participating in the process of international and regional cooperation.
