10. Summary of thesis results:
Although the Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence has been disseminated in Ky Son town, Ky Son district, Hoa Binh province for a long time with many measures such as through loudspeakers, integrated village meetings, slogan banners, leaflets, mediation... but in reality it has not been effective, has not attracted men and the community to participate but mainly focuses on the activities of the Women's Union, mediation teams and some other social organizations. At the same time, local medical assistance and law enforcement activities have not been implemented, leading to domestic violence still existing in the locality.
By changing the way of communication by using TOT training and group social work, building self-help groups and establishing a local response committee for Domestic Violence Prevention and Control, it will help to disseminate and support knowledge about the Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control to people and women more quickly and effectively.

Self-help women's groups and response groups for Domestic Violence Prevention can be established locally.

Necessary and sufficient conditions for establishing women's development centers in rural mountainous areas.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
It has been long time since the law on domestic violence prevention and control was spread in Ky Son town, Ky Son district, Hoa Binh province by radio and speakers broadcasting, monthly meeting of villagers, slogans, banners, brochures, leaflets... However, the results need to be improved that requires the participation of men and community. Basically, all the women protection activities were done by Woman Union and reconciliation group and some other social organizations. At the same time, the medical and justice supports have not been implemented that lead to the increase of domestic violence behavior.
By changing the access of communication, Training of trainers and social work with group, building the local domestic violence prevention band are considered the good methodologies to support knowledge to people about the law effectively.
