This is the first master thesis in journalism to study: "The issue of digitalization in the production of News Bulletins of Vietnam Television", this thesis studies the issue of digitalization in general in many countries and in Vietnam in particular when applied to the production of television programs. Therefore, the thesis has covered the trend of applying digitalization in many different countries, then drawn many valuable experiences. In Vietnam, the thesis has clearly analyzed the favorable conditions, difficulties and feasibility of the issue of digitalization in the production of News Bulletins of Vietnam Television.

The thesis affirms the current situation and has many recommendations contributing to the research problem in detail.

The results of the thesis on the issue of digitalizing the production of Vietnam Television News according to the Government's Digital Roadmap are very difficult. Therefore, to successfully implement the Digital Roadmap project, it is necessary to have the cooperation of all sectors and the whole society.

The thesis researches on the implementation of digitalization in TV production in Vietnam and other countries. The thesis covers the digitalizing trends in various countries and summarizes the invaluable lessons learned through these practices. In Vietnam, the thesis clearly explains the favorable as well as unfavorable conditions and the practicality of digitalization in Vietnam television news production. The thesis points out the challenges in implementing the government's digitalization plan in Vietnam television news production. Therefore, collaboration among ministries and the society is required to successfully implement the digitalizing plan.
