10. Summary of the thesis results:

From a theoretical perspective, this thesis contributes to clarifying some theoretical issues regarding social mobility through a survey of population migration in Hanoi. The topic contributes to supplementing scientific literature for research activities of the faculty and university on theory, specifically social mobility theory. It supplements and provides necessary data on the current state of social mobility in Hanoi, thereby creating a basis for other more in-depth and large-scale studies on social mobility in other areas and providing a comprehensive assessment of social mobility for society as a whole. From a practical perspective, the thesis can suggest some measures to control stable migration flows by finding ways to ensure income and address social issues for migrant groups and further strengthening the management role of all levels, especially in urban areas.

Implementing solutions for migrant workers aims to enhance employment opportunities for immigrants and assist managers in controlling the immigration process of workers in major cities.

Thesis contributes resources to serve scientific research activities of social mobility theory and provide the data on the status of social mobility in the area of ​​​​Hanoi, which provides the basis for other studies of mobile social and creates overall assessment for the whole society from social mobility perspective. From a practical perspective, the thesis could suggest some measures to control migration flows stabilized by finding measures to ensure income and solve social problems for migrants and further strengthen the management role of all levels, especially in urban areas.
