This study assesses the current radio listening habits of people in Quang Ninh province, understanding their needs and preferences. It analyzes influencing factors and proposes solutions and recommendations to improve the quality of radio programs broadcast by Quang Ninh Radio and Television Station.

The research findings will help the editorial board and leadership of Quang Ninh Radio and Television Station to modify radio programs to attract the general public, and especially the Quang Ninh audience. It will also serve as teaching material for the subject of Sociology of Mass Communication.
