The author of the thesis has conducted research and compiled statistics on 316 events related to Vietnam recorded inTwenty-four Histories, also pointing out that, out of a total of 24 historical books (Twenty-four Histories) there are 08 sets that have no records related to Vietnam. These are the sets:Book of Wei, Book of Northern Qi, Book of Zhou, History of the North, History of the Five Dynasties, History of Liao, History of the Jin and History of the Ming.Based on those statistics, the author of the thesis transcribed and translated the meanings of 105 events recorded in three official Chinese histories, which are:Old Book of Tang, New Book of TangandSong HistoryThe author of the thesis also classifies, introduces and initially studies that rich source of historical data in terms of politics, military, diplomacy, economy, society, culture, etc.; at the same time, compares the content of events recorded inOld Book of Tang, New Book of TangandSong Historywith Vietnamese historical documentsComplete Annals of Dai Viet,to point out the similarities and differences between two historical sources, Chinese and Vietnamese.

The author of the thesis conducted to look up and reckon related materials. As a result, at the latest count there are 316 relevant events were recorded in Vietnam Twenty-Four Histories, also pointed out that, in total 24 histories (Twenty-Four Histories) there are 08 of them which is not related to Vietnam. They are:Nguy Thu, Bac Te Thu, Chu Thu, Bac Su, Cuu Ngu Dai Su, Lieu Su, Kim Su and Minh Su.Based on the statistics, the author implemented to transcribe, translate to 105 events are recorded in three China official histories, such as:Cuu Duong Thu, Tan Duong ThuandTong Su. The author also proceeds some classifications, referrals and initial studies abundance historical sources in the following aspects politic, military, diplomat, economic, social, cultural...;

Simultaneously, the author also compared the contents of events recorded in
Cuu Duong Thu, Tan Duong ThuandTong Suwith Vietnamese historical documents throughDai Viet Su Toan Thu,so as to point out the similarities and differences between the two sources China and Vietnam.

The primary practical applicability of this thesis is building a complete and accurate documentation, about the facts related to Vietnam are documented inTwenty-Four Histories, namely that inCuu Duong Thu, Tan Duong ThuandTong Su.
