For those who have rendered meritorious service to the revolution in the locality, when they receive care from the community, they will have a stable life, feel secure in building a prosperous and happy family; they will be more proactive and dynamic in building a sustainable life, helping to enhance their role and position in the family and society.
For Quynh Van in particular and Quynh Luu district in general: we propose additional measures to care for people with meritorious service in the locality, aiming to mobilize the potential of the community in caring for these individuals.
For the central government, having a perspective on local conditions and understanding the unique characteristics of each area will enable them to develop policies that mobilize all resources to care for those who have rendered meritorious service to the revolution.
