After researching the topic, the student has completed the objectives and tasks of the thesis. A summary of some of the results is as follows:
In Chapter 1 – Theoretical Foundations of the Intellectual Property Ecosystem for Intellectual Property Management in the Cultural and Creative Fields, the author systematically presents the theoretical basis of basic concepts regarding the intellectual property ecosystem for intellectual property management in the cultural and creative fields, the actors and influencing factors of the ecosystem, and the role of the ecosystem.
In Chapter 2 - The Current State of Intellectual Property Management in the Cultural and Creative Sector in Vietnam, the author analyzed and evaluated the current state of intellectual property management by creative entities through research on industries with existing advantages in Vietnam's cultural and creative sector from 2019 to the present.
Chapter 3 proposes solutions for building an intellectual property ecosystem to improve the quality of intellectual property management in the cultural and creative fields in Vietnam. Based on the objectives set and the theoretical research, the author identifies the functions of the actors participating in the intellectual property ecosystem in the cultural and creative fields, and on that basis determines the relationships between the actors and models the intellectual property ecosystem in the cultural and creative fields.
12. Practical applications:The research findings of this thesis serve as a reference, providing a scientific basis and some recommendations for building an intellectual property ecosystem in general, and an intellectual property ecosystem in the cultural and creative fields in particular, in order to commercially exploit intellectual property assets and make a positive contribution to the Vietnamese economy. This research will also serve as a reference for undergraduate and graduate students studying the intellectual property ecosystem.
