Furthermore, the author presents the legal regulations of the central government and Hanoi city regarding physical facility management.
- Chapter 2. Current status of physical facility management at the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center.
In Chapter 2, the author presented an overview of the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center. The author analyzed and presented the general situation regarding the physical infrastructure of the Hanoi City Archives Center. This chapter also analyzed and evaluated the current state of internal regulations for managing the physical infrastructure of the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center, and subsequently proposed measures to improve these regulations in Chapter 3.

In chapter 1: we provide a general overview of the theory of physical asset management at archives. In this chapter, we define key concepts, outline the objectives and requirements of asset management, and detail the processes and methods used in archives. Besides, we also cover relevant legal regulations at the national and Hanoi municipal levels.

In chapter 2, we provide a general overview of the Hanoi Historical Archives Center. We analyze the overall situation of its physical assets. In this chapter, we not only evaluate the current internal regulations for asset management of Hanoi Historical Archives Center; but also, based on it, proposes solutions to finish internal regulations for physical asset management at the Hanoi City Archives Center in the next chapter.
- Chapter 3: Solutions to Improve the Development of Internal Regulations on the Management of Physical Assets at the Hanoi Historical Archives Center
In this last chapter, we propose solutions based on the assessment in Chapter 2. It suggests solutions related to planning and finance, infrastructure development, organizational structure and personnel management. It includes draft internal regulations and implementation guidelines specific to the Hanoi Historical Archives Center.
