Chapter 1. Theoretical and legal basis for developing internal regulations on facilities management at the Archives Center
In Chapter 1, the author has outlined the theory of facilities management at the Archives Centers. In which, the author presents some basic concepts of facilities management, clearly states the purpose, requirements of facilities management at the Archives Centers, measures and procedures for facilities management at the Archives Centers. In addition, the author presents the legal regulations of the Central Government and Hanoi City on facilities management.
Chapter 2. Current status of facility management of Hanoi City Historical Archives Center.
In Chapter 2, the author presented: Overview of the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center. The author analyzed and presented the general situation of the facilities of the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center. In this chapter, the author also analyzed and evaluated the current status of building internal regulations on the management of facilities of the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center, from which, proposed measures to improve the building of internal regulations on the management of facilities of the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center in Chapter 3.
Chapter 3. Solutions to complete the construction of internal regulations on the management of facilities of the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center
In Chapter 3, the author based on the evaluation results in Chapter 2 proposed some general solutions on planning - finance, solutions on basic construction, solutions on organization and staff of the unit's facilities management. In which, there are some internal regulations, provisions for implementing facilities management and ways to organize the implementation of these regulations in practice of the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center.

Chapter 1: Theoretical and Legal Basis for Establishing Internal Regulations on the Management of Physical Assets at the Archives Center
In chapter 1: we provide a general overview of the theory of physical asset management at archives. In this chapter, we define key concepts, outline the objectives and requirements of asset management, and detail the processes and methods used in archives. Besides, we also cover relevant legal regulations at the national and Hanoi municipal levels.
Chapter 2: Current Status of Physical Asset Management at the Hanoi Historical Archives Center
In chapter 2, we provide a general overview of the Hanoi Historical Archives Center. We analyze the overall situation of its physical assets. In this chapter, we not only evaluate the current internal regulations for asset management of Hanoi Historical Archives Center; but also, based on it, proposes solutions to finish internal regulations for physical asset management at the Hanoi City Archives Center in the next chapter.
Chapter 3: Solutions to Improve the Development of Internal Regulations on the Management of Physical Assets at the Hanoi Historical Archives Center
In this last chapter, we propose solutions based on the assessment in Chapter 2. It suggests solutions related to planning and finance, infrastructure development, organizational structure and personnel management. It includes draft internal regulations and implementation guidelines specific to the Hanoi Historical Archives Center.
